This tour features the Garden of Eden—S.P. Dinsmoor, the artist and social commentator, spent the years between 1907 and 1928 creating the Cabin Home and the Garden of Eden. Dinsmoor had prepared for the day of his demise by building a 40-foot-high limestone mausoleum in one corner of his garden. When he finally did expire, he was embalmed and put on display.

The investigation equipment used on the Tour is provided by Catch a Ghost Paranormal Equipment whose products are sold world wide and used on SyFy GhostHunters. You will be trained on how to use the investigation equipment. This is not a “tag along” event, you will be actively participating in the paranormal investigation. The three floors of the home, grounds, animal cage area, wash house, and mausoleum are all a part of the evening Tour!

“The porches, sidewalks, fence, strawberry and flower beds, fish pool, grape-arbor, three US flags, Adam and Eve, the devil, coffin, jug, visitors’ dining hall, labor crucified, two bird and animal cages, and wash house are all made with cement. Up to this date, July 1, 1927, over 113 tons, or 2,273 sacks of cement has been used. There are 15 cement trees from 30- to 40-feet tall. The most unique home, for living or dead, on earth! …[come] and see it.” — S.P. Dinsmoor (the builder of the Garden)
